The Tropical Punch (Passion Fruit) is an exotic, sweet and tangy flavor.
These concentrated essential oils and flavours are 3-4 times stronger than typical alcohol-based extracts and work equally well for flavouring baked goods and icings as they do for candies. Performs exceptionally in high-heat applications such as candy making. Ideal for use in baking, frostings, fudge, candied popcorn, truffles, taffies and more.
Can be added to chocolates for an amazing tropical, fruity flavor.
1 dram = about 1 teaspoon (3.7ml)
Appropriate for use in chocolates and coatings (typical use is ¼ to ½ teaspoon per pound)
