Intended for the production of starch-free gums, hard and soft caramels or any confectionery with a sticky surface.
Made from high quality MCT and lecithin oils, this versatile product is very stable and has a long shelf life.
Suitable For: Silicone, Metal & Plastics.
Ingredients: Vegetable oil (coconut, canola), Lecithin (sunflower origin).
Usage tips:
Apply a light coat using a pastry brush, air sprayer or similar system.
Take care to avoid excessive application or buildup.
Excessive use will leave residue on parts and equipment.
