This mold for chocolate lollipops is made of injected plastic, withoutbisphenol A, and is very resistant.
To obtain perfectly smooth and shiny chocolates, we advise you to use couverture chocolate.
Pour the finished chocolate into the mold, scrape off the excess with a spatula and let it harden.
Maximum temperature of use: 80-100°C.
You can color your chocolate with food coloring.
