LorAnn’s Oil “Flavor Fountain” flavors are specially designed for use in ice cream, gelato and all frozen dairy desserts.
Suggested starting usage levels:
• 1 tablespoon for 1 liter of ice cream or yogurt base
• 1 to 2 times (0.7 to 1.4%) for 1 gallon of ice cream or yogurt base
• 1 to 2 teaspoons per 16 oz of milkshakes, smoothies and nutritional drinks
• 1 to 3 teaspoons per standard size cake
• 1 to 3 teaspoons per standard batch of cookies
• 1 to 2 teaspoons for 3 cups of frosting
• ½ teaspoon for 8 oz of beverages (cocktails, tea, sparkling water, lemonade)
• 1 to 2 teaspoons per 1 liter (cocktails, tea, sparkling water, lemonade)
