The Butter Rum Flavor (also known as candy flavoring oil) is creamy smooth with a buttery richness and a hint of spice. Its caramel-like flavor compliments cakes and candies and is decadence you’ll crave.
These concentrated essential oils and flavours are 3-4 times stronger than typical alcohol-based extracts and work equally well for flavouring baked goods and icings as they do for candies. Performs exceptionally in high-heat applications such as candy making. Ideal for use in baking, frostings, fudge, candied popcorn, truffles, taffies and more.
