Description
Cacao Barry Evocao is a couverture chocolate made from 100% pure cocoa fruit. It offers a fresh and fruity experience. The bright, tangy taste is complemented by what Evocao is all about: a bright tropical fruitiness of fresh mango, lemon, tangerine, passion fruit and cocoa fruit pulp.

Ingredients: Unsweetened chocolate, sugar, cocoa butter, soy and/or sunflower and/or canola lecithin, ground vanilla beans and milk ingredients.
Technical uses: baking, molding of pralines, chocolates, truffles, fondues, chocolate fillings and all other chocolate applications. Do not heat above 40 degrees Celsius.
This product may contain traces of milk, nuts, egg and gluten. Store in a cool dry place, out of the sun, between 18 and 22 degrees Celsius.
